Exceptional location, friendly staff.

I loved the location. it’s right on La Rambla. Super close to everything, especially La Boqueria market just a minute away. The room was clean and had a private balcony overlooking the street, which was such a treat. Despite being in a busy area, the soundproofing was surprisingly good, so I could sleep well at night. Daily cleaning was a nice touch, and the staff were friendly and even held our luggage before check-in. I appreciated the little things like quality toiletries in the bathroom. On the downside, the elevator service wasn’t reliable, and we encountered a long wait time at times. Breakfast options felt limited, and the pricing was quite high during peak season. Some furnishings looked a bit outdated, and a kettle for hot drinks would have been nice. Overall, I would consider returning due to the fantastic location and helpful staff, but I'd hope for some improvements in service and amenities.

The Twin Room with City View was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds that made for a great night's sleep. I loved the soundproof windows. they blocked out all the noise from the lively street below. The bathroom was modern and well-equipped with quality toiletries. A kettle would have been nice, but plenty of options nearby for coffee. The high ceilings and smart decor gave the room a nice, airy feel.
